| Scholarship Form VYSA wants to give every child an opportunity to play soccer. If you would like to be considered for a full or partial scholarship please complete the scholarship form. |
Coaches and parents the membership form, a
copy of your child's birth certificate and the
registration fee of $160 needs to be turned
in no later than Friday the 25th of July.
